Lovely, just a great job again that man. Su will be bombing around on that pretty soon, the weather's just warming up ready for that first bark of another Trumpet brought back to life. Long may it continue
I just skipped back to post #1, I’d recommend peeps have a look and remind themselves how this started. My friend has just done a nice job on a Tiger Cub, but he started with a part done project, unlike @darkman
A little update on getting the forks rebuilt and fitted, just the wheels to build and fit along with covering the seat and painting the tank and its all done.
I have a 67C tank in to repaint for a friend when i have a spare moment, so i popped it on Su's bike as we are undecided on whether to do it custom or factory paint, Su likes the factory mist green over alaskan so that how it will be done
Finally managed to get my mate Tig help me build the wheels with the original re chromed Dunlop rims and new stainless spokes and today i fitted the new tyres
Finally after four months Su's 67C is back on its wheels, still have a few little jobs to finish off and paint the tank.
Absolutely absolute. Great colour and I dig those groovy bars too....well worth 4 months investment. Good job that man there.....
