What Tool Is This?

    Hey everyone. I recently ordered a clutch holding tool (Triumph part T3880305) off of Ebay. However, what I received in the mail is most certainly not what was depicted in the post. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the seller to remediate this issue but I'm curious as to what the tool I received does. Anyone recognize it?

    It is to tighten the nut on top yoke between the forks on some models inc my T509

    It could also be used to remove a 57mm WW2 mortar shell from your rusty sheriff's badge.
