I am having my 5-month T100 being treated with ceramic coating from top to bottom. I will post some photos after it is done.

    The idea is to :
    - Prevent dirt from settling in and then requiring too much effort to get it cleaned. I understand that it is much easier to remove dirt from ceramic coating, pretty much effortless.
    - Protect from damage/wear from weather conditions
    - Enhance the looks, it should be shining (I hope) :)

I thought Ceramic Coating was for performance ! IE inside the headers to promote exhaust gas extraction !!
The thinking being coatings prevent extreme hot spots and gases from cooling excessively, hot gases move faster and more freely.
Hence better extraction and therefore better engine performance.
