Welcome to the family. Your bike i take it you put clean fuel in it. I sometimes put a small cap of fuel down each port just to give a stander that initial kick. While there check for spark make sure your plugs are ground when testing. Firstly check the battery it got to have full stamina to fire it up. If no go check all the kill switches on the side stand and clutch lever. Then come back to us here in the asylum and we will go through the further tests and stages. But do tell us more about the bike service history mileage and why it was laid up And hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and drop a picture in the mail. Pleases the inmates.

The bike has been at a repair garage all this time had brand new battery when they took it away I've just been waiting for the latest on it it seems there's a fault in the loom to ecu its not letting it fire think cam wire fault to me that mean nothing think they have tried everything

Get battery checked out, if it doesn't have enough power in it to start the ecu cuts out , even new batteries can give probs.
Check clutch and sidestand switches and not in gear.
    Why did you change loom?
    Bad fuel?
    Flooded?

Even try a quick jump from your car battery just to check. And do check the kill points switch's just for peace of mind. Or get it to a good Triumph dealer who will tell if it's an ECU problem.
