My -19 Scrambler has just passed 6000 km.
Are there any solution - to get engine run more smooth at low rpm?
    Any mapping?
At higher speed the engine runs perfect.

Your bike is a large twin and they all run lumpy at low revs. You will always have to feather the clutch to smooth the old girl out at low revs/speeds . What you are experiencing is why so many people love big twin engines, as once you get them moving they are brilliant.

It won't hurt to try a 'reset adaption' - this clears the learned values stored by the ECU so that it can re-adapt to your engine. Or something like that.
    1. From cold, start without touching the throttle or any controls.
    2. Let it warm up and then continue to run for a minimum of 12 minutes after the fan comes on.
I do this after changing exhausts, fiddling with baffles - or to cure any lumpiness at idle or low revs. It does seem to work.

I have an XE , had same problem with risk of stalling at the lights .
Installed a Booster Plug from TEC Bike Parts.
    All good now

Mine's always run very smoothly at low revs, but I also fitted a Booster Plug to address the tendency to stall when pulling away. It seems to work very well...or maybe I just learned to give it more throttle :yum

I now have got a booster plug from TEC Bike Parts. It does help to 50%. I am happy with that.
After 1000 km I changed the wheel sprocket to 3 more teeth. It constitutes like one tooth lesser to the front sprocket.

My driving style seldom exceeds 110 km/h. The bike are now more applicable for me.

This is part of the big twin characteristics that I find quite appealing, the opposite to the silky smooth IL4 on the Kawasaki. Both completely different beasts but as enjoyable as each other when you're in the right mode/mood!:)

That`s the reason that I love twin engines. A motorcycle should have maximum 3 sylinders. - My wife has a 2003 Thunderbird.

However; my 1200 Scrambler is quite smooth at middle and higher revs.

To get a smooth twin at low rpm, it needs to be a 2 stroke with a 180 crank.
