Speed Twin Turn Signal Issues

As you say, that's just unacceptable, it may be just an electronic issue to the dealer and who likes those, but it effectively makes a brand new bike unrideable. I would go back to them and insist they make the bike safe to ride. It's not as if you can rely safely on hand signals for the next however many weeks, especially if you're riding in London. I can't imagine the frustration, especially when the sun comes out. And poor dealer service is worth challenging, even if their workshop is busy.

Go back to the dealer and speak to the salesman who sold the bike to you, he may have more clout with the workshop. You could mention to him that the bike, in this condition is unacceptable and you are considering rejecting it.
