    First post to say g'day....

Hi everyone from down here in Melbourne, Australia.
Today I put down an order for a new red Tiger 900 GT. (yipeee!)
This will be my first Triumph so hopefully all goes well.
I tacked on the centre stand option with my order as its a must have feature in a touring bike as far as I am concerned.
My previous bike (2008 Yamaha FZ1S) sold faster than I expected so with the two month wait for the Tiger I am now without a motorcycle for the first time in I don't know how long....arrrgh!!

    Regards,
    Stephan

Hi Stephan and welcome to the forum  good to sell your old ride before your new one arrives, but the wait is frustrating. Looking forward to seeing your new ride

    Stephan.
Welcome to the family. When you get the beastie do show it of here to the inmates. Just hit the upload a file button bottom right corner. When you stop playing of course.

Welcome to the forum. When I mentioned your plight to my handsome husband (who has been without a bike for only one six-month stretch in the past 50 years...and still mentions it), he sympathetically said, "That's the trouble with not having multiple bikes.;)" Hope your two months fly by.

Hi all. My shiny red Tiger 900 GT finally arrived and it now occupies the space in the garage vacated by my Yamaha. I’d love to give a ride report but due to recent surgery I can’t take it for a spin for another 4 weeks. Oh well, at least I will have figured out the TFT menus by then.

    Always keep a spare ;)
Spent 10 years in Melbs, well Mt Eliza to be exact. Had lots of bikes, there, but never a new one. Enjoy. Roy.
