1200xe Tuneecu Question.

i have down loaded tuneecu and it asks for the ecu details when connecting to the bike, is the 1200xe sagem or keihin?

 

Keihin since 2005. Sagem before.

Hello, new to this forum and need some help please.
I have a 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE, I recently purchased Tune ECU and the recommended OBD Link LX bluetooth connector.

My first question is, on which position does the ignition need to be for it to connect correctly to the bikes ECU, the Power On or Run position ? If it is the Run position should the bike sound like the fuel pump is running thoughout the time its connected ?

Hi there glenn,
You have to get the bike ready as if you are starting it at the next press.
Eg, fuel pump primed, all whirly gigs done and one press away from starting.
It's also best to have it on a battery tender whilst in this state as it's obviously using the battery.

Hi t here, is it possible to write the VIN into the Connectivity BT Module?
