Good tips from @Iceman there, especially the penetrating oil (I like PB Blaster myself)
If you have an extended wait for the exhaust gaskets you can always try to anneal them with a torch - but they're cheap enough and best replaced.

Hey guys running into a problem see the two holes in the middle of the oil pan, my friend told me those are the water pump. Im very confused on how to take those off and what steps ill need to do relating that. He thought we would be able to just remove the bolts holding the oil pan up and exchange.

If you're talking about the fittings here, those are the oil lines (follow them back from your oil cooler on right side of the main radiator and you will see that)
Those are 'Banjo' fittings - same type as used on brake line fittings
Those will have two copper washers, one above and below each of the banjo fittings
    i.e. sump - washer - fitting - washer - bolt.
Now those should also be ideally replaced when re-installing; those are easy enough to source at local auto parts store

    See here - http://www.triumphcenteruppsala.se/index.php?action=showParts&id=230403&c=302530#partslist

Parts 4 are the copper washers and parts 5 are the banjo bolts attaching the oil cooler lines 2 & 3 .

Those holes in your image - your replacement - those are threaded, right? You DID get the correct oil pan for your model? (e.g. Daytona ones won't work)
