My new Skylift arrived last week. Loving it already!! I used Pitbull front and rear stands for the last two Speed Triples. They were great quality and quick, but, a pain for mobility around the garage. The more I mount and dismount the bike on the Abba, the quicker and easier it gets lol. Thought I’d share. Hopefully it’s posted in the right spot also.
    Cheers

Best bit of kit I've bought for the garage.

I take it that's your second garage, the other one being used to store the lifetime of "that'll come in handy" stuff ! :joy:
The stand looks bloody great, (and expensive).

    They are good aren't they
I have one too for my Speed Triple

Abba even featured my photos in their brochure :)

What I love is that you can buy a set of adaptors and use the lift on almost any bike

Are the stands/lifts bike model specific as standard, and how high will they lift both wheels off the floor?
With my body I need something like that just for cleaning duties!
    Cheers,Ken.

Yes Ken, the lift comes with bike specific adapters for your model when you order it. You can order the pro model that comes with all of their adapters as well.
You can lift both wheels off the ground together about waist level. Wheelie and stoppie positions get them up quite a bit higher.

I bought one of these for my Tiger 1050 earlier this year. Fantastic bit of kit as it means you can move the bike around on it and it is at a reasonable height. Just bought the adapters for my sons Honda CB500x as it doesn't have a centre stand...

I bought one for the Z a few years back. Makes working on a 260kg motorcycle easy. From minor servicing to a full bodywork/both wheels off strip down, no problem. No other stand comes close for versatility IMO.
