Hi Everyone!! I passed my full category a license last month and just yesterday purchased my dream bike, a Thruxton 900 in Brooklands Green. Bike getting delivered to me in London end of next week! Got a bunch of questions I was hoping the community could help with! Not least of which is, what is the best way to find official Triumph parts? My Thruxton is missing the Front-Fairing and it will make the motorway journey a hell of a lot easier! Also looking for rear passenger pegs (guessing this may just be a standard part that fits many models) and new seat (in brown). Any ideas are very welcome indeed! I've searched around on eBay (pot luck) and on Google but haven't found any sites that look straight-forward and legitimate. All the best, Joss
Hi and welcome in For OEM parts have a look at World of Triumph: https://www.worldoftriumph.com/collections/bikes - It will give you exploded parts diagrams, part numbers, and prices. However you can often find the parts cheaper on Fowlers: https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/browser/manufacturer/triumph and also Wemoto: https://www.wemoto.com/ For aftermarket/custom parts Motone Customs are popular: https://www.motone.co.uk/motorcycle-parts-c26/triumph-bonneville-c25#c99:c110
Hi Mate, good to see another 900 Thruxty owner on the forum. I've got a Puig dark tint screen on mine, not everyone's cup of tea perhaps, but less than £40 on fleabay.
Congratulations, and welcome. Lovely bike, and as for parts sites there's this one... https://www.bike-parts-triumph.com/ ...and then there's Fowlers... https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/
Joss Duggan Welcome to the family. Nice choice of bike. All we need now is for you to hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the inmates the new steed. When you stop playing obviously. Joe
Joss Duggan Wow that was quick. And what a cool steed. Not seen that green before but it looks really good. The asylum inmates will ogle that picture for ages and nursey gets a well earned rest. You are now a fully fledged member of this asylum. Nursey will be along later with you meds. Thanks for sharing the picture. Joe
