I just ran across a review of the Booster Plug on You Tube for the Thruxton R.
The claims the installer and the Booster Plug website make seem almost too good to be true.
Now, I have a brand new 2020 Thruxton RS. So, I'm wondering if the issues this product addresses for the R will have any bearing on the RS. The RS supposedly took care of most of the problems the R had.
    Anybody have any ideas, comments?
Anybody use one on their Thruxton?
    Thanks all.

What are you hoping to fix?
They were once advertised as being a cure for stalling caused by Euro4 regs, my 2018 Thruxton R was affected and the Triumph fix didn't work either. I tried a booster plug and it made no difference. Custom map/Power Commander on a rolling road was the cure for mine, it's a very different bike with a dyno plot showing around a 45% increase in torque up to 3500rpm . BP was a waste of money and didn't meet the claims made. Don't try and fix problems other people think they have, the RS is heavily revised to meet Euro5 regs, the old motor had no chance. :)

Depends what problem you think you have a booster plug just cheats the ecu into thinking the ambient temperature is colder than it actually is therefore adding more fuel they can give a low down throttle improvement as most bike are set by manufacturers to run lean
