First Pint Since Lockdown

The last proper pint I had in a pub was at the Black Lion in Llandaff, Cardiff on March 15th.



My first take away pint was last night at The Flower Pots Inn in the village of Cheriton.

They even have their own brewery in the barn.

Great beer from Germany/Hessen/HochstaederLandbier!

 

Will be popping over the road to the Salty in Clevedon midday Saturday for a couple of flagons of cider.
Probably Rattler chased down with some Cummings cider or Dickins cider.

Ha ha, you sound like a mate I used to work with. He was always getting sayings wrong like that, although he’d say ‘coming out of the cupboard’
His best one though was that he’d say someone would have “a memory like a whale”
