    Welcome from Iowa.
Just go for a test ride and find out. Speed Masters have a 1200cc prime mover that equates to 77 HP. Nice for getting around and not going crazy. Think of it as a smaller Harley with better character and flair.

Thanks for the welcome...back in the early 60's, 2 neighbors had an older Indian and another had a Harley...they worked on ' em more than road...by 1964 I had a Honda 125 scrambler that never needed more than gas/oil...at this point, I don't want a stretched out heavyweight...just something fun...
I do need a test ride but nearest dealer 200mi away...and if I test rode and liked, it would havvta come home with me...wife may shoot me BUT, I do have a camper trailer w/AC, so I can hide out.......

    Hi mate and welcome :)
I have just traded my 1200 Speedmaster for a Rocket 3R :grinning:
I absolutely loved the speedmaster and at 5ft10 and half found it all day comfortable :)
The engine is surprisingly strong and willing and married to a silky smooth transmission
It is a VERY good bike
The stance of the bike is a bit on the small side though so at 6ft3 I would definitely recommend a test ride :)

Hi Jack and welcome to the forum  at 6’ I find the Bonneville Speedmaster comfy, you may want to look at the higher bars but it will depend on your riding preference. I added spacers and rotated the bars to lift for straight back.
Edit- found good pic of risers
