U Lock Mounting Kit

Does anybody use the Ulock mounting kit that fit behind the cylinders? Had mine fitted today on the Speed Twin and the Ulock is a very loose fit in the hoops. With the velco strap I appreciate it will not come loose but it will rattle a lot.

When I get back to work I will make some plastic sleeves to take up the slack.

I have one on my Street Cup and just put some foam pads on the bracket for the lock to butt up against and used the Velcro strap to tighten, no rattles and is a nice solid fit.
I must say I really like it and most people don't even notice it is there.

I've just bought the mounting kit. Does anyone know of any other model of u-lock that would fit please? The Triumph part is an eye-watering price! Thanks.
