    Hi everyone,
nice to meet you all. I am new to forums so please forgive me for any mistakes in advance. I like the tiger, it's a cracking bike however the seat is slightly uncomfortable. Is anyone selling one? suggestions are welcome to rectify this issue.

    Kind regards

Welcome to the family. Do hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the inmates the new steed. Seats are funny things and i have not seen a comfort seat for the Tiger you may have to go down the rebuild route and get a gel pad installed.
    Regards
    Joe.

    Welcome on board!

If it helps, I had the Triumph comfort seat on my Tiger 1050 (the one before the Sport) and, with it being a gel seat rather than simply different or thicker foam, it made a huge difference so if you can get one I'd heartily recommend it.

Going on a slight tangent though, the thing that made for an even greater improvement in the comfort of my backside was changing my underwear.

Daft as it may seem, the change from my usual cotton boxer short to a base layer from EDZ (one of the less expensive ones, not even the merino wool) made a massive difference. I'm guessing that there are a lot of similar products but these are the only ones I've tried.

I'm guessing it is because it allows the layers to move reasonably freely relative to each other without any bunching or sticking rather than holding everything in exactly the same position.

Added to the comfort, they could genuinely be washed in a sink in the evening, hung up overnight and be dry to wear the next day, so overall it meant the amount of luggage we needed for our tour was reduced too.
