Hi, as per the title, what's the best can for looks, sound, performance etc for the Tiger Sport. Not Arrow tho cos they're mega expensive! Cheers.

I was lucky enough to source a nearly new Zard Penta when I had my 1050. Glorious sound. I removed the cat as well. Bike span up so much quicker without that. :)

Have a look at blue flame exhausts there made in the uk , they come in loads of styles and made from different materials, starting price is about £250,I fitted some to my first street triple R and they sounded great even with baffles in, my mate had arrows at the time which didn’t sound as good as the blue flames, another advantage is if damage one or want spare parts you can get them.i also fitted one to a cbr600 which also sounded well, for me exhausts are the single biggest rip off when it comes to motorcycle extras cos lets face there just pipe and rivets.

you will probably be able to have the arrow map fitted at your triumph dealer but the chances are it will run fine, what do beowulf recommend?.

The later triumph engines are able to " retune " or adapt to changes without remapping. Don't ask me how, it must be smart ecus or summat.

Your 955i would likely benefit from a remap after fitting a more open exhaust. Could be worth trying a reset adaption first. i.e. start the engine without touching the throttle. Wait for the fan to kick in and allow it to run for 12/15 minutes again without touching the throttle. Certainly wont do any harm trying.
