Must admit that both me and the wife are more than a little nervous as Rose has asthma and i have mild COPD and we both have flu jabs and we have both had pneumonia when we where young...dont know if that makes you more or less resistant to it in later life add my prostate cancer and its a little fought right now so stress is a little high...but just like everyone else all you can do is keep your fingers crossed and try not to take too many risks.
Feeling a bit crap this morning as well.:(

    Stay safe and healthy all.:)

No, those are self induced flu-like symptoms. In Dillis’ case the JD Flu.

Thank you for.your kindness Jack. After 60 years of faith in God I face these tough times knowing he has my back. I know that may seem old fashion but it really does work. Our small congregation has switched to electronic means to build one another up. 40% of us are over 65. Also many young ones. We gather together via a conference calling system where we can hear and see and talk and wave to one another. We also get fine spiritual upbuilding. The world will get through this. Keep the faith. ...J.D.

If you care about your family, your friends or even yourself PLEASE don't ignore the need for the extraordinary measures being put in place. STAY AT HOME - don't self-justify that "sneaky little ride out on the bike" or the extra few miles out on your motorcycle as it "can't do any harm, can it?"

If somebody kidnapped your wife/daughter/mother/girlfriend and sent you a picture of them hooded, with a loaded weapon to their heads and said "the magazine holds 100 rounds but all bar one is blank and it's a random choice when the trigger is pulled - but the trigger will only be pulled if you go out unnecessarily" what would you do?

We need to do everything - absolutely everything - possible, however uncomfortable or inconvenient, to slow then halt the spread of this pandemic or we all become part of the problem rather than part of the solution.

What I DON'T understand is the gun wackos. They actually had to close the gun stores in Los Angeles County because they felt it was becoming a health and safety issue. You cannot shoot a virus. Crazy people ! ...J.D.

The coronavirus death toll in Italy has risen by nearly 1,000 in a day – including 44 doctors. That represents the highest daily tally since the Covid-19 crisis began and is thought to be the sharpest rise in fatalities that any country has seen. Italy’s death toll now stands at 9,134 after 969 deaths were recorded.

we are on a 30 day lock down, with no unnecessary travel. No assemblies of more than 5 people, and the 2 meter rule. I am an essential worker. The local government is encouraging people to get outdoors, so parks, paths, trails and golf courses are very busy. They just let 200 prisoners out of jail. WTF.
