    Hi Everyone, I'm Kostas fron Athens (Greece) and i expect to receive tomorrow a new Bonneville Newchurch.

    Wow ! tomorrow - welcome in Kostas. The Newchurch is a beautiful looking machine so I'm sure you'll love it/her.

    Can't get over the fact that you're getting a brand-new Bonny tomorrow - Happy days begin !

    Has any one installed the factory alarm system?

    One question to everyone, why dont they put rev counters on some bikes???? Would look much better .

    Hi Kostas, may I offer you some advice? It looks like you have a key ring on your new bike key? If you leave it attached to the bike key it WILL damage the black paint all around the ignition switch and it does it VERY quickly.

    You're best having the ignition on it's own without any attachments.

    Hope you don't mind me suggesting this?

    here in Greece many owners told me they have problems (battery drain)

    I suffered battery drain with mine fitted with a Triumph alarm, so I fitted an electrical socket (the wiring is already in the loom) and after every ride I would immediately plug the bike into a battery conditioner. No more problems even in really cold weather.
