    Round your way!
    Welcome to the madhouse.
Could be that the battery has been disconnected at some time.
Had the same on a Stripple I had, try 3 cold to hot restarts, should clear it...... if not take it to your local "Stealer"

@Monty 675, mate everyone will now welcome you into the forum again as you have posted this in the Newbie Hangout ;);) Might I suggest you post it in the Technical Help section or the Daytona section that way you will probably get a better response to your question :cool:

Welcome to the family. Yes you probably need to do up to three starts about 12 minutes or two starts then take the bike for a run. Should reset the warning light.
    Regards & Ride Safe
    Joe.

Hi, their is a actuator valve inside the exhaust.

The actuator needs to see the valve fully opened. It could be that this valve is not opening entirely.

The same issue happens of people put aftermarket exhaust witch have no valve at all. To get rid of the error with aftermarket exhausts you can buy a Servo Emulator..

In your case i would try to open and close the valve manually, check if its smooth. Otherwise add some lubricant.

    I hope this helps!
