    Hi Mitch and welcome into to the Triumph Playground.

    The only advice I can offer is to start at the front and work your way back:

    1. Take the front callipers off, thoroughly wash them with hot soapy water then check that the pistons operate smoothly in and out and reinstall. Change pads as necessary.

    2. Remove the front wheel, clean and re-grease the wheel bearings and reinstall;

    3. Replace the brake fluid and bleed the system;

    4. Replace the coolant;

    5. Engine oil and filter change - use good quality motorcycle engine oil and a Triumph filter;

    6. Replace the air filter;

    7. Check headstock bearings,clean, lubricate and adjust as necessary;

    8. Clean petcock fuel filter

    9. Check swing-arm bearings;

    10. Clean rear brake calliper (same as front one) and replace pads as necessary;

    11. Check tyres for wear, foreign bodies and pressures.

    This era of 3 cylinder Triumphs appear to be very strong and reliable machines - just give them a dose of pro-active maintenance.
