Weird question and I couldn't find an apt forum to put it in so here it is.
Recently got diagnosed with a blood disorder that is related to smoking and is caused by carbon monoxide. It's been a couple of months since I stopped smoking but am still having bad days with it. Is there any chance that riding is making me ill? Would be tragic if so. Have been reading up on how engines work and I wonder if the mixture released after burning is something that I'm breathing. What do you think?

Thanks for the response guys. Can't believe I didn't consider all those fumes I'm breathing in traffic jams. Bought a mask to filter that shit out so we'll see how that goes.
