    I’ve just done the NC500 tour and therefore envy you having that bikers paradise on your doorstep (weather and midges permitting).

    My home town. Well, the posh end - Broughty Ferry. But been away 46 years.

    Welcome to the forum, and pleased you're liking the Speed Twin. My missus has given me permission to get a Speed Twin...

    ...but only if I get rid of both current bikes. She thinks two bikes is at least one too many.

    I think I'll do the NC500 next year. I seem to be a magnet for midges so I'll risk the poor weather and go either Spring or Autumn
