After doing this, and thanks to Matt Brewer "The Triumph Whisperer at Tampa Triumph" for this free advice, the bike has started up 6 out of 7 times, immediately. And from what I can recall from 6 months ago, when I got this thing, it is starting like it did when I got it. There were times when it didnt start immediately back then, but on the second attempt it fired. And more importantly the no noise thing, seems to be gone. I'm going to stop posting on this thread now, unless the gas lowers performance lowers comes back. Riding bike on Tuesday 6/4/2019 to get back disc and pads replaced.

Clutch lock out is the scourge of most modern vehicles....its just a numpty proofing idea that they seem to think will stop numpys starting in gear and running into something.......
I always remove them and on some engines especially cars with RWD it can help screw up crankshaft thrust bearings when there is no or little lubrication on cold start due to the way the clutch pressure plate is setup.

Thanks everyone and tracing the wire was the trick and making sure the clutch cut out switch was properly seated the resolution
