It definitely is a nice example, frame powder coated, I had the tank professionally resprayed and lined, very expensive!, lots and lots of new parts, plus a 350.conversion to the top end as well, with all the original parts available except the carbs,

 

My workmate had one in the 80s the 400 with expansion pipes on it set off like a four stroke went down the road picking up revs and suddeny it was pullin mi arms off brilliant thing ...

 

love the old aircooled rd's, I had a few back in the day, 200 &125 of the round tank models, plus 400 and lastly a 250 of the DX versions. The only one I have a half tidy pic of is the 125 I tarted up for the girlfriend
