Uhm... check your O2 sensor? Might be related to choke. When engine is warm, choke remains and engine gets not enough air so cuts out.

Can you smell neat fuel at exhaust? pull a plug and see if wet with petrol.
It could be an injector stuck open?
also disconnect battery to reset ECU?

With EFI water cooled engines the most common cause of bad hot start and bad/over rich hot running is usually down to a bad ECU coolant temp sensor,
the ECU will run a permanent rich/start condition fuel mix until the sensor is replaced.

Update...disconnected battery to reset ECM, that made no change...still pluttering after start up & cutting out. Look at sensors next

So many things it could be. Start with the easiest and work from there.
Battery make sure you connections are tight and clean
Check that your ground is good
Wires can get pinched and break at the headstock on the right side
There’s a vacuum hose that attaches underneath the air box on the left side that can come loose
To check for other vacuum leaks you can spray wd-40 around the manifold. If it revs higher you have a leak
Check the header bolts, they can loosen
Do a 12 minute tune. Start the bike don’t touch the throttle and after the fan comes on let it idle for 12 minutes and turn it off. Then start it back up and see if that helped.
The spark plug wells are also prone to getting wet and getting corrosion down them, so check your plugs for rust. If you find it replace them and your boots and read the plugs while you’re at it
Could also be a fuel pressure issue, I had one that drove me crazy. Turned out to be the hoses in the tank were cracked, but fuel filter can cause trouble too. If you use tuneecu hook it up and reset the tps.
That’s all I’ve got for simple problems, anything else will be more extensive.
