Polar opposites! It’s funny how that kind of thing happens.

I’m definitely too old for sports bikes, even the beautiful Thruxton R is a bit too ‘sporty’ in its riding position, for me. Now, a Thruxton R with flat bars and the rear end ‘bobbed’ would be more my style....or maybe the new Speed Twin.

So many bikes and so little time...and money.

I’m like a dog with a bone, there’s been a few more mods since I took those pics, and I’m saving for a set of tubeless spoke wheels that I hope to have for the spring. They should tie the whole thing together and then, I might leave it alone. Maybe...
