Hi and welcome to the forum. Not sure about the newer water cooled models but moving the rear brake caliper on my 865 Bonneville was a big improvement.
Thanks Helmut. I just eant to lift the rear brake calibre up a bit to keep ot further awsh from rocks etc. I knos the Scrambler is not a serious off road bike but it is probably better than my ability . Not difficult! Thsnks gof feedback. Love my Triumph . Happy Christmas
Hi DUNDROD New here myself! Got an early T509 but would be really interested in your thoughts about the scrambler as I’m keen on one as a daily. Feel free to PM me with your experiences with it. Thanks
Welcome. One guy on one of the forums put a relocation bracket on his rear brake and it killed his ABS so he removed it and went back to stock. However, i dont think he’s very mechanically inclined so it could just be the dope factor. I’d like to know if you get a relocation working properly.
Thanks WIDGIN . Need to investigate ABS implications . Dont mind losing rear ABS butwould not want to lose front . Only triggered ABS once in anger in last 20 years but if worked and steered around a near miss. Will ask Triumph. And Will post results when i get around to moving brake. Happy New Year
