Newbie from Atlanta, Georgia area in USA. Bought a Red 2017 Street Scrambler a few months ago and am loving it. Bike had 129 miles on it and previous owner had installed Vance&Hines pipe, Flyscreen, BC Customs bench seat, upgraded engine badges, fuel cap, handlebar clamp, and possibly radiator cover.

I’ve added Triumph Engine Dresser Bars, a T-Rex skid pan for Street Twin, Triumph Luggage Rack with Saddlemen Roll Bag bolted to it, Acerbis Handguards, LED headlight bulb, and removed side reflectors. I tried to remove baffles from V&H pipe but only managed to tear them up a bit without getting them out.

I’m waiting to receive High Front Fender relocation bracket and Denali Soundbomb Mini Horn.

Already put about 1,800 miles on her including a weekend trip to ride Tail of the Dragon road in NC during Triumph Dragon Raid. Will post photos soon, probably after installing fender bracket and horn.

I also hope that this bike proves to be as reliable as the 2005 955i BRG Tiger that I rode for 5 years, including a lot of off-road in N GA mountains. I really loved that engine but the bike was too fast, tall and top heavy.

This Street Scrambler feels so nimble and is just fun around town!

Good morning and welcome in. I hope you enjoy your Scrambler as much as I do mine. When I bought mine, it was already modified much to my liking. Of course, there was room for more. I think you will like the high fender up front. To me, it just changes the looks of the whole bike. Well, enjoy and remember to always ride safe!

Well I love mine and it’s my second Explorer. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to ride it for the last 15 weeks due to rupturing my Achilles Tendon whilst putting it on the centre stand .

So they are heavy, especially with a full fuel tank, panniers and top box.

Note to self: always wear motorcycle boots, not trainers. Lol

Yeah, I think high fender will be good. I put one on 955 Tiger I had and liked it. So now I'm waiting on bracket to come from Thailand.

That's not a scrambler. Yeah, the weight and top heaviness is why I got rid of my Tiger, although I loved the engine.
