Is This Damaged Paint

    Unable to tell which it is. If its corrosion then wont know until paint flakes but then it maybe too late. If its the finish and I paid a few grand for a scooter in Malaysia then maybe its acceptable but on a premium, flagship bike over 13k ? To accept its poor but not visible ?

    No that’s totally unfair.
    It may be worth going down the not fit for purpose route as it’s designed to be outside but rots if you take it outside.

    You know what, this I find really irritating and it’s not even my bike.

    I know Glyn, I have always had good service from Triumph especially with warranty but this time its the reason they gave for rejecting the claim...its out of sight.... proper annoyed me. I told them if it had been within the first 30 days of purchase I would have returned the bike for a full refund. I love the bike though, its the nicest bike I have owned and I saved for such a long time to buy it too.

    I wouldn't accept that, though I guess there is not much else you can do if they reject it, still unacceptable imo. Amazing how certain things gets approved and or replaced and certain things regarded as not so bad and then rejected when complained about. Not handled very well from their side. Certainly this experience has left a bad taste and will make you think twice about future purchases....
