    Hello,

This looks to be a great forum. I look forward to catching up on some of the posts.

I'm new to big bikes, having commuted for 5 years on a Yamaha 125 (many years stuck in traffic jams in a car before that!). I now have a Street Triple RS and am loving it. It is quite a step up but I'm being sensible (trying anyway!) and taking my time to get used to all the extra power.

I live in Oxford and will be using the bike as a year round commuter plus some weekend fun. Might need to look into some heated grips.:)

I expect I'll have some newbie questions regarding basic maintenance in the future so bear with me!

    Cheers!

Welcome to the Family. Well you will be chuffed if Hughendon M40 move to Oxford anyway. Great bike but its not a 125 and it very unforgiving If you ride it like a lesser bike. So get used to it slowly and enjoy the thrills it can give you.
