Watcha guys, partially new to Triumph not new to bikes, had a few bikes in the past....worst bike was a Triumph Tiger Cub! lol! Then a CB 125 then a 450 Honda Nighthawk lovely bike that was! Then a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 for a few years, I come out of Westcliff on Sea Essex not got a bike yet but looking for a Boniville America 865 there’s one going at a local shop thats been ratted (08 model) so will pop along there tomorrow to see if its worth buying or save up and get a decent newer model. Thanks for all the help you lads will give me in the future!! hahahahaha!!
Hello walob and welcome to the forum Like yourself worst bike I’ve had was a Tiger Cub, way back in 1966 Good luck with your search

Hey Wessa, that looks a nice ride, ya don’t fancy flogging it do ya? lol, I’ve been out looking at an America 685 today it was the pits! Been ratted oil leaking, pads well worn, headlight loose, wiring a nightmare, wanted new tyres, been bobbed on the rear end! If I’m gonna spend good dosh I want something thats decent......and yours looks half decent!! Thanks all for the welcome
Welcome to the forum! If you haven't been riding for a while, the America is a good choice - it's very 'well behaved' and easy to manage on the road. It's a little short on torque and you may, or may not like the seat for a longer run.
Sorry to hear that the america was not up to scratch. My LT is awesome and sorry it is not for sale........ Wessa
Walob. Welcome to the forum. Great people here. Bikes will start getting cheaper now the summer is almost over so be patient and it will come along. Let us all know when you get it. Regards Joe
