Hey all, Newcomer to the forum. Hope I can discover something which is not written in the manual handbook. Thank you all for the support! Don Fariz
Hi and welcome to the forum, just a guess but by the look of the palm trees behind you are not based in the UK? Should not take you long to discover that your bike likes to lift the front wheel, that's not in the manual. Rode one very similar to yours for 18 months and thought it was a great bike
Indeed you are right, Rich! Been almost 2 years with the bike, but still no guts to lift up the front 'intentionally'. though the bike rode superb on the track... Now working on some upgrades on the body and performance. Will post the progress on the forum along the way. Cheers Don
Hi Don and welcome to the Forum :upyeah: I'm guessing it's not the States as your Speed Triple has no side reflectors so I'm guessing Dubai or similar. Looks like you have been busy adding bits to the bike, looks great. Cheers
Hey Steve, thanks! You are right, I'm based there. I have been wandering why some of the ST3s (including mine) do not come with the side reflectors. Now I know why :upyeah: Don
Hi, and welcome to the forum - nice looking bike but riding that would kill my wrists and back! Have to stick to the good old Bonnie!
Actually these are one of the most comfortable bikes I have ever ridden, you are only pulled forward a bit which you really don't notice. I did over 1500 mile in 4 days and had no aches or pains at all on my 2011 S3. But the taller screen does help stop the wind blast and if I had a choice on what to take to Scotland or Europe between the S3 and the Bonnie it would be the S3 every time. I'm sure the Bonnie would be alright but I wouldn't really like to sit on 80mph with no screen for that sort of distance. Cheers Steve
