Hi guys having my first ever Triumph delivered next week a 2015 Street Triple R ABS in matt black.Having now returned to biking after a couple of years off due to hip replacement and buying a home in Spain.A bit different from all my last 40+ years of riding mainly Kawasakis of one size or another from zx6r's up to zx10r's my last being a Z1000sx.Most other makes splattered in between.I am sure as the knowledge gained from previous owners will be invaluable I will be visiting the forum often. Not having trawled through all the forum yet if you have meets /breakfast runs etc I will try to attend. After all no point having imaginary internet friends without meeting some of them.

Hi Bob, welcome aboard, well you've passed the first test by posting a pic and you'll be popular with some on your colour choice, great bunch on here and some will shuffle along shortly to say hello.

Thanks for welcome guys. How approachable are Triumph dealers I think Destination Triumph is my nearest one.I will need to get a euro spec headlight as the bike will be exported to Spain next year and a certificate of conformity.Hence why I have bought a bike that is as close to standard as possible otherwise it all needs to be changed back to get it registered in Spain.

Hi Bob and welcome in, wise choice of ride, if you have no luck with the headlight at Destination Triumph try Three Cross at Verwood, Cheers Bill
