That is nice - agree on the headlamp and those pipes are spot on. Like the colour too. I think my balls would go numb Andy!
From an engineering and aesthetic point yes, it's lovely but it's not for me. Just not a style I particularly like. Sorry!
that's rather tastefully done looks the dugs baws unlike loads of badly done (bobbers/cafe racer) types folk want stupid money for,to my taste the majority of folk think chop the rear end and change a panel maybe even a tank and silencer and bobs Yir uncle lots of sheds on gumtree and f/book.
I don't like bobbers. Sorry. But ..... someone has obviously put a lot of time and effort into creating it, and good for them. If it's what they (you) like then that is fine by me. What isn't fine is that front brake. Those brakes are not wonderful even when set up correctly (I had one like that on my 1960 Speed Twin) which that one most certainly isn't. The angle between the brake cable and the brake lever on the back plate should be less than 90 degrees otherwise you don't get maximum turning force on the lever and hence less braking effort. Does that get me the 'Pedant of the Week' award??
