Current rear Metz. Looks to still have a bit of meat on it after a smidgen less than 7000. I have ordered a new Cobra from Oponeo but the question is... Change it now or wait until after my Assen MotoGP trip?

A better pic would be with the Tyre Wear Indicators visible, but, at the end of the day youre the one who will be releying on it.

Bearing in mind that youre into the period where punctures are more likely, and I would expect faster tyre wear too ........ do YOU want to risk doing 1000 + miles on an already worn rear tyre ?

Also bringing the possibility of an off due to failure ?

Agree with the above, it’s at the stage now where wear rate increases and handling gets effected

Yep there's 3mm and the wear indicators are barely visible yet.

Decided to change it before the trip. Have a few weekends left to add some more miles and then change it before Assen.
