I love the bike,but it sat for a few years. Trying to sort it out. It wont start so I pulled the tank and cleaned it.Also pulled the airbox and now I am having trouble getting the airbox back on. Is there some trick to it? When I try to seat the rubbers on the intake they push thru into the airbox.. It is very frustrating. Any ideas?
Welcome John, They can be a bit@# I know my tiger is whenever I take it off. Some engin oil rubbed onto both the box seals and intakes of the engine helps also leaving the lid off the box and attaching the bottom before rather than trying to refit the unit as one. Craig
