Just wondering if anyone has been following this and what there opinion's are?

Going by the evidence so far, to me he's been a bit of a hothead and careless with firearms, shooting in a restaurant and out a sunroof in a car... I think he's had an argument with his bird, threatened to shoot her or violence or whatever, she's ran into the bathroom, locked herself in, he's either shot through the door trying to scare her, or to wound or kill her... realized what he's done, knocked down the door with the cricket bat, panicked when he told security there everything was ok....
I think he's guilty as hell, but he'll still get off with it...

    Any views?

He keeps harping on about how he thought it was a burglar in his house, but burglars don't break in then think "damn I really need a **** before I clear this place out".

And anyway, if you heard someone in your house, the first thing you'd do is turn to your gf/wife and ask them if they heard anything. If they're not there beside you, your first thought would be "she's having a ****/wee/changing her rag", not "where's my gun, I'm gonna shoot whoever's using my bog"

If he walks, it'll be a miracle :biggrin:

The I read that I'm not keen on is that some UK bookmakers are taking bets on the outcome of the trial. That is bang out of order
