    Hi lads,

This is off motorcycling topic, so my apologies if this isn't appropriate in this forum.

It seems that there is a fair amount of Brits amongst the members so I have some piece of advice to ask from you guys: is anyone from the UK and working in the shipping /courrier/freight industry that could help quoting a shipment from UK to France ?

I'd like to get a couple boxes of beers delivered and I can only find this specific ale in the UK.

I know...I will keep an eye on my addictions

    Cheers,

    Rémi

In English we speak of ‘asking the length of a piece of string......’ a simple question that defies a simple answer!
The consignor will have the weight and dimensions that will determine freight cost. I doubt it will be too bad as long as it is not express delivery. What do you mean by ‘box’!?

    Hi,
I didn't meant to go to deep I to details at this stage. I was looking for user feedback as to get some shipping company names which have a decent reputation /reliability.

I'm looking to ship two 50x40x40cm boxes of 17kg each.

    Thanks,

    Remi

Fair enough but the vendor will generally have their own preferred carrier.......and indicate cost accordingly.....

I'd like to get my favourite brew, the stone and wood pacific ale. This is my divine treat, my ultimate flavour,...you name it.
Since I left Australia, I looked everywhere to get my hands on it.
It looks like it European availability is limited to UK so far.

    Cheers,

Remi (now with mouth watering profusely)

I've just had a look at Majestic Wines site - didn't look anything special to me and pretty-much everything I searched for, they didn't have :worried::worried::worried::worried:

Just had Parcel Force, hired van, no uniformed driver knock and deliver a parcel, not expecting any so looked at the address, TOTALLY 'KIN WRONG!!
Just got him in time before he left, got a face full of smoke as he grunted an apology, and went!
Didn't think they were allowed to smoke any way?
So some one nearly didn't get their prezzy then hopeless gits!:mad::mad:
