Hi All, I have an ageing (2008) Sprint ST1050, which I bought as a second bike to ride to and leave in Portugal at my holiday home. !500 miles in 4 days is hard with the seat on the bike - and my rear end needed major massage along the way to keep the blood flow going! Anyone have suggestions on improving the seat in a major way? BTW I am a long-term fan of Hinckley Triumphs having owned the following: 1991 Daytona 1000 4-cylinder short-stoke motor - heavy but fast when on song 1992 Trophy 900 - favourite model to date - considered lardy but with uprated suspension, good tyres and a brave right hand, she could move with more modern bikes and was super comfortable. 1998 595 in gorgeous Strontium Yellow - the best colour - under-used due to personal circumstances - I loved the look rather than the riding position (at 6'3" it felt cramped) but i would have another one in good nick ;-) Looking forward to sharing stories, getting tips and tech knowledge from the forum!
