    TEC bike parts are doing a full system for this bike now, so that's a possibility. Has a removable baffle "chuck it and run" !

    Don't do kilometres Dave, they're far too short. Do miles instead, they last longer = more pleasure. You know it makes sense.

    Adjusted tyre pressures and rear spring pre-load and she rides better. It's all moving forward.

    Managed to pick up a brand new "comfort seat" - normally 192€ got it today for 125€ including postage.Will be waiting for the postie over the next couple of days !!!

    Nice bike Dave.

    I must admit I like the look of those Tracers.

    Just make sure you cover it in an anti corrosive of your choice. I remember reading a Bike magazine long term test on their MT7 and it was highly praised apart from almost dissolving after a winter.

    Thanks for the comment Bonzo - I've got some FS 365 in stock so she'll be getting a good dousing of that before lay-up.

    Yer dafy bugger !!!!

    Off out this arvo to put more kms on Trixie, want to get the first service at 1000kms over and done with.

    Slackened off the rear spring to minimum and checked/reduced rear tyre pressur to book value and the ride on rough roads is getting better.

    Have ordered new comfort seat and now I sit & wait...............................

    PS Weather here is beautiful, bright blue skies and sunshine. Already 18 ° :D:D:D

    At least you won't have to transport the old seat half way round the country when it arrives and then throw it in a skip - unlike the previous GMU!

    Just got back from an afternoon out on Trixie with a pal on his new Harley and had a great time. Fast sweeping roads, 2 nice cafés, booked 'er in for the 1000 kms service next Tuesday - currently at 350 so MUST ride every day to make up the kms - Oh dear :p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p

    Well, went over to a mate of mine who wanted some work doing on his house which I'd not yet seen in the five years he's owned it. He has a brand new multistrada @£17k with all the goodies on which I expected to see in the flesh. When he opened his garage door I was suprised to see that there was also a new MT07 tracer in blue as his everyday bike just like yours! It sounded nice and I 'sized' it up (in case of .......) It fit!
