I remember an associate was talking about when he rode his Street Glide home, he forgot to set the kickstand and down goes the bike. It happened to me twice while working at a motorcycle dealership. You almost have to have a checklist posted "kickstand down". It won't happened again. Lesson learned the hard way.

Once. I've since worked hard at forgetting it ever happened.

Not quite happened to me but something similar, kick started the bike drove off got to my first set of lights where I had to stop started to lean the bike to the right, went to put my right foot down but it wouldn't go, the kickstart had ridden up the inside of my flares. I ended up lying on my side with people laughing at me!!

    40 years into it?
    That's doubtful.
