 with my helmet on and visor down i can hear a rattle at 3500 up to 4000 rpm sound like timing chain to me but if i lift visor i don't hear it i know some will say ride with visor up but that's not the point i tried to locate the rattle with listening through a long screw driver but it didn't reveal its self its annoying does any one else get the rattle with there Tiger  the clutch is now perfect. do the timing chain adjusters some times stick like they do on the Honda engines and need resetting

Get either a decent set of ear plugs or a de-baffled exhaust & the rattle noise will go away

Keeping it below 3500rpm will also help, plus, the fuel economy will improve

Have a look around your headers to collector, sometimes stones get lodged on the exhaust and cause rattles.
