Forks 1 Out Of 4 ?

    Hi peeps, 2014 T100 - have, like so many changed rear shocks for basic Tec units, much improved so now on to the front end which I find harsh when solo but ok with pillion. If I did only one mod which would be best?? emulators, Intiminators (whats the difference? ) progressive springs ( some say not necessary ) preload adjusters, lighter fork oil. Appreciate feedback.

    I fitted Hagon progressive springs and changed to 7.5 oil as per their recommendation.
    Good improvement and well worth doing for £80
    Intiminators and the likes are quite pricey and I don't know if you would see much more improvement on a Bonnie ?

    Heavier oil makes a big difference

    Slightly heavier oil and emulators make a huge difference

    TEC progressive front springs are a cheap. easy to fit worthwhile mod.

    Don't know about the other stuff but intiminators are a bad crowd best left to Dr Who, I'd give them a wide birth,

    Try Maxton engineering - they do various mods to either improve the standard units (modification) or renew all the internal basic components. GP20 front fork cartridges. they know what they are doing.
