Hi Poppy, yes that's the way to do it. Either off your computer or off a photo-hosting site such as Photobucket.
Ya its on the upload a file bit, but its the wife that is the techy one in our family I just stumble my way round. Give it a while and I feel sure you will get all this info from a whole host of people. But perhaps it might be an idea for Rob or someone to put in a basic instruction manaul on how the correct format should be completed.
am changing tyres on speedmaster on friday,avon roadrunner on front and cobra on rear,have to take "loose wheels"to get them fitted or minimum of £30.00per wheelto have fitted.what happend to free fitting if you bought tyres from them?
The original Metzelers on my SE will need replacing soon and I will definately going for the Avons - had them on the T100 and they were much better.
Just an update from my original post here. My wife did indeed get a pair of AM26's and pronounced herself happy with them. Mind you, she was happy with the Metzeler's too!
I also got the Avons & just come back from Northern Spain & they handled really well. With the scorching temps & weaving around the Pyrenees they were perfect, lots of grip on those hair pins...yeah!!
Northern Spain, covered Picos & then up to the Pyrenees before heading to San Sebastián.... amazing roads & scenery
Had the Bonnie MOTd a couple of weeks ago. Passed with no issues other than my tyres are at the legal minimum. I've just ordered a set of Avon AM26 from Tyre Tec for £135 delivered.
Had a word with my local bike shop and he'll fit and balance them for £10 a wheel if I take them off the bike or £20 a wheel if I leave them on the bike.
