Hi all, I pick up my new (Red) Thruxton-R from Moto Mich in Luxembourg tomorrow. It will join my Honda VFR800 in the stable (so glad to have two bikes). Very excited to get this bike, it will be the first 'brand new' vehicle I have ever owned.

American living in Luxembourg for over three years. We have amazing roads here, so come on out!

    Cheers, Mark

I can oblige on the VFR. It is a 2004. I just got her back after adding a new Wilbur shock, new front springs, wheels powder coated and new paint on the front fairings. On Sunday, I leave for two weeks in the Alps on the VFR.

TTR comes in tomorrow and of course I will post photos. Cheers

Also have an 'R', you will love it. Was in Luxembourg during our summer tour. Stayed in Vianden on our way down to Baden Baden B500 / B48. Great roads around the Bitburg to Vianden area. The 'Thruxton 'R' was brill in sport mode, .my mate on his Blade had trouble keeping up at times. Welcome by the way

Hello Mark and welcome in to the Triumph Asylum - Nursie will be along soon with your meds !!

Is that a VFR 800 v-tec? I like them a lot !!! Much better in my opinion compared to the VFR 800 std. The v-tec felt completely different and better.

And you have a Thruxton R ? You lucky dog !!! I live in the centre of France so I'll pop over for a coffee, OK ?
