Howdy 1st post here i'm new to bikes so you guessed it i'm new to triumphs as well i went to Guildford Destination Triumph to test ride a 2008 FZ8 and they kindly let me ride a couple of triumphs to compare it to well as i'm here not on a yam forum you can guess the purchase i made. 2014 Triumph street Triple R .... yes the budget did get blown wide open for the 1st bike purchase but i was smiling ear to ear and just knew it was the one for me. that's enough waffle you will see me pop up every so often but will be lurking for a bit taking in all the posts i can read. Just gave it a clean so will post up a pic. Col
My 1st Question here is another pic (any excuse) to show what i'm asking about the little bit of carbon fiber trim / guard over the quick shifter anyone know what its called or where i can get a new one mine is cracked. thanks

Buying was really good other than the week wait the shop was backed up i had the day off after i took mod 2 they was the only place i tried who would let me take bikes out on the day i passed my bike test not had a service yet only had it a month
