Thanks :0) Seriously, the pictures were 'massaged' a little for effect, but I do need to lose 2 stone. I watched a documentary by Dr M a while back on fasting which was interesting. I've cut my alcohol consumption in half and have started to exercise a bit. Just need to be a bit more disciplined.
+1 Get the carbs out completely and you will find out just how sweet everything is! Its not just losing weight, its the diabetes hidden danger also!!! Not massively overweight but Doc said I was a gnats ....... away from diabetes. Did a load of research, found this www.dietdoctor.com I went from 38 waist to 36 in 6 months. Target is 34, about halfway there at mo. Wont go back to carbs now ever. Best change ever because you can still eat bacon and eggs!! Whooo hooo .
Stuff the exercise! Did phys for 30 yrs and trashed my knees. I won't attempt to preach. If you change a bit of WHAT you eat you can get back to better shape without changing HOW MUCH you eat......which keeps you satisfied.......nuff said!
