Yeah enjoy it. Where are you stopping in the Mosel Valley? Stayed in that area a good few times - one of my favourite spots.
Hey guys, there's a great biker-hotel in the Mosel-valley, I stayed with a friend last summer. They have gorgeous food, a large garage for bikes including all amenities a biker could be looking for. But if your are noise-sensitive: pls ask for a room facing away from the railroad tracks. The trains can be quite disturbing if you sleep with an open window. Otherwise it was a great spot to stay! http://www.hotelzurpost-klotten.de/ Cheers, Daniel
With reference my trip to Austria we are stopping at Cochem in the Mosel Valley for 2 days to have a look around the place and then stopping off there again on the way back
I got offered £2200 for my Dulltona in p/x for a Daytona 650 at Staffs Triumph yesterday. I could make up £1000, but I won't. Noone wants this bike, it seems. Its getting me down now. Should have bought a Buell like I was going to
is that the original seat cover on there? if not where did you get that from. and can I have the link yo the foam, please
Fantastic place - very popular with bikers. It is noted as a "Bikertreffpunkt" (biker meeting place). Here's my old Bonneville on the way to Cochem.
We were in there the night Germany won the World Cup back in July 14, the owner was very happy about the result and I remember saying to my mate "bound to be a free round of drinks for his punters surely" but no...didn't happen, he obviously wasn't THAT happy.... either that or he's of Scottish ancestry Nice place though Winglad, we were there for a week enjoying the great roads.
First time for everything! Mate at work videod this as I left work this afternoon but I couldn't upload it too large apparently (where have I heard that before) anyway you get the idea! Couldn't see it in my mirrors and didn't know it was there Put quite a bit of kit in it for my maiden voyage and set tyre pressures to 12psi Honestly I thought it come off so pointed l/h mirror down to keep an eye on it! It went like a dream, I can't believe it had no effect on the handling even at nearly 80mph (have to try these things eh?) Absolutely chuffed to bits Whoop whoop the worlds my oyster
Nice one!! Looks well behind the Speedmaster. Good to hear that there's no detrimental affect on handling etc. One thought though.....what would happen in you go over a large bump / pot hole when the trailer's fully loaded. No chance of the hitch jumping off the tow bar???
Excellent, Im surprised you dont know its there Hearing that makes me think again Looks great ,nice bike Have you actually tried to fit the wife in, cos unless she a short lass...
Cheers mate All the bloody roads round here are pot holes and bumps you know that It can't come off mate it locks into place.....even if it did it's then other people's problem cos I'm in front of it The names DILLIGAF hee hee
She's 5ft1" and I could get her in no problem.....and a spade....for a nice trip to the countryside....when everyone else is in bed HEY STOP GIVING ME IDEAS
