I have no idea what's happening but since yesterday when I enter the site in my usual way I am hit with pictures of bikes for sale and bought, etc.
I then have to go to the forums heading and hit that to get to the place I normally find myself.
Additionally I seem to have lost the 'like' option when reading threads?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
I'm crap with computers so nothing too technical please!

you have to put the curser over the message then you will see the "like" along with other options,I'm not sure about the "Dislike" and "Disagree" buttons though

Yeah, took me ages to figure the edit button as well. Personally preferred the old way where I could see who had liked stuff etc, felt more personal. However such is life , doing more battle today with Bonnie.

....I'm with the other Luddites.....I think the previous Forum operating system was better than this new iteration.....

You can still see who has liked stuff, click on the 'list' next to the thumbs icon :)

    Hi Rob,

......thanks for that......but.......I never had to do that with the previous operating system, so it's an additional operation to get the same stuff I had before........so for me, this is a 'retrograde enhancement'.....

    Cheers,

Yep that's progress for you....... Still you will be surprised how quickly you will forget how you used to do it.

Hi Curly, I too thought what the !$&!$&! is going on. Later figured it must be some upgrade to the site.

    Hi Angus,
I didn't consider that at all, I truly am totally inept with computers, totally!

FWIW I thought it was an improvement, just "like" isn't always appropriate. The extra options reduced the need for a full reply.

Yep definite different look and feel. Need to spend some time getting used to the changes. Is there a update note that gives information on what changes have been applied?
